The operation consists of two complete lathe lines with drying and splicing departments. The 66" lathes produce thick veneer for the skateboard, flooring, musical instrument, window, door and furniture markets.

Recent upgrades include the installation of a newly reconditioned Marunaka Slicer capable of producing variable lengths of both northern hardwood and softwood in thicknesses from 1/38th to 1/10th of an inch. Custom Cutting services are offered on the Marunaka Slicer.
