Operating at the original Goodman, Wisconsin mill site, the Goodman Veneer and Lumber Co. sawmill produces 8,100,000 board feet of band sawn grade hardwood lumber per year.
In recent years, the company has invested in an extensive modernization program. The equipment upgrades included twin band head saws, new automated stackers, planers, and rip saws. In 2003 and 2005, for new kilns were erected bringing the mill's total drying capacity to over 14,000,000 board feet per year.
The mill is strategically located on a direct line of the Canadian National Railroad, allowing cost effective shipment by container or rail car throughout North America.
